The Fiano is a white vine of ancient origin and, like many natives of southern Italy, its nativity should be Greek. Its introduction in Puglia and Basilicata dates back to 1200 (hence the name Fiano ‘200) when Charles II of Anjou ordered the shipment of thousands of plants from Cava dei Tirreni to Manfredonia.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense straw colour, it develops fine perfumes to the toasted hazelnut, white fruits such ad pear and sweet spices. On the palate is structered, aromatic and persistent, expressing an overall opinion very positive, complex and of considerable importance even at international level.
Pairing:
These wines deserve important pairing such as shellfish, seafood or the great pasta with seafood as the tasty reef spaghetti. It great even with soft cheeses and white meat.
