For the creation of this rosé an unusual wine-making technique has been adopted, which allows the extraction of the first must, the first pressing and the First Drop (Prima Goccia).

Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense rosé with notes of roses, violets and cherries, appealing freshness to the palate supported well by elevated alcohol level bringing a gratifyingly flavourful finale.
Pairing:
Cured meats, short pasta with mussels in red sauces, stewed red mullet al guazzetto, fish soups, carpaccio of tuna, Venetian salted cod puréed, stuffed cuttlefish.
