The Negro Amaro is a red grape variety indigenous to Puglia, that is mostly cultivated in the Salento area.
The name “VERO” (true) comes from the fact that the Negro Amaro, also known as Negramaro, owes its name to its principle characteristics, the almost black colour of its wines and a slightly bitter after taste. Characteristics that are carried into the glass.

Organoleptic characteristics:
The negro amaro in purity gives very colors, fading to garnet, while the olfactory eange is that of the race wine, with strong presence of dark flowers and berries. In the mouth the wine is well represented dry and with a better typical aftertaste.
Pairing:
Can be served with fish dishes, seafood appetizer, crustaceans, raw and cooked shellfish.
