Rosato Raro (RA.RO.) is produced exclusively from the vinification of Primitivo racemes, in fact the Primitivo if topped in spring develops on the secondary shoots – called “female” – some small clusters called “racemes”, mature about 20/30 days after the harvest of the main fruit. This means that two distinct harvests can be obtained in the Primitivo vineyards, the first in August / mid-September, the second between the end of September and the beginning of October.

Rosato Raro (RA.RO.) is produced exclusively from the vinification of Primitivo racemes, in fact the Primitivo if topped in spring develops on the secondary shoots – called “female” – some small clusters called “racemes”, mature about 20/30 days after the harvest of the main fruit. Steel and bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense rosé with notes of roses, violets and cherries, appealing freshness to the palate supported well by elevated alcohol level bringing a gratifyingly flavourful finale.
Pairing:
Cured meats, short pasta with mussels in red sauces, stewed red mullet al guazzetto, fish soups, carpaccio of tuna, Venetian salted cod puréed, stuffed cuttlefish.
