This wine is partially aged in stainless steel and partially in 250-liter wooden barrels. The long maturation of this splendid wine gives it a rich, full-bodied, and well-rounded character.

Susumaniello is an indigenous red grape variety from Puglia, cultivated mainly in the Salento area, particularly around Brindisi and Taranto.
This wine is partially aged in stainless steel and partially in 250-liter wooden barrels. The long maturation of this splendid wine gives it a rich, full-bodied, and well-rounded character.

Second ten days in September.
Alcohol by volume:
13,5% vol.
Aging:
Steel and barrique.
Visual examination:
Intense ruby red.

Taste test:
A good tannic texture predisposes to aging in wood. Structured and with a good tasting persistence.
Pairings:
Charcuterie platter, grilled meat and mature cheeses.
